What a pleasure!
I haven't been overseas for a while and I was quite apprehensive when I went to Pentravel in Tygervalley to book my ticket to Italy. There i had the great good fortune to obtain the services of the shop manager, Bianca Lewis-Williams. She was super efficient. Everything went very smoothly and she gave me a lot of assistance to make it easier for me to get a Schengen visa. I will certainly make use of her services again.
