We booked a trip to Bali with Pentravel and we had the most amazing travel agent assisting us. Amy De Beer, ensured that our trip was as smooth as possible. Amy ensured that our flights and accommodation was booked accurately and that our transport to and from the airport was confirmed. We had no hassles, whatsoever. She is professional, friendly, reliable and always available to assist with any questions we may have. We will definitely be making use of Pentravelās services in the future due to the wonderful customer service we received from Amy De Beerš!
