The agent Anthisha was very professional, she was friendly, very helpful as it was my first time travelling internationally, therefore she walked the journey with me and was very patient with me. She further went an extra mile by assisting me when I had issues with my bank card in Mauritius, by making payment on my behalf and I reimbursed their company. She really came to my rescue as I was panicking and I didnt know what else to do. I will forever be grateful 🙏
