Thanks to Bernadette Berriman
Bernadette organised our flights to and from the UK. Whilst in England my wife developed multiple pulmonary embolisms and was in hospital. Bernadette responded promptly to every e-mail - she reorganised our flights 4 weeks later, booked great seats and organised wheelchair assistance. Nothing was too much trouble. That's what I call service !
