Thank you again Ginny for the outstanding service!

I would like to commend Ginny Swanson for the outstanding service that she has again given me today (I am in the process of planning another holiday to Mauritius). Since my first overseas trip in 2012, Ginny has been my travel agent and the only person whom I trust to book my holidays. I have since been to Thailand four times, as well as Malaysia, India and Mauritius - all of which were incident free and very enjoyable.

Apart from her professionalism and expertise, Ginny actually listens to what her clients want in terms of budget, location, activities and other special requests, and goes out of her way to plan a holiday for you that is what YOU want. This, to me, is what makes the service she is offering special, and why I keep going back. On a few occasions, we were not able to find a "packaged" Pentravel holiday that met our needs, but Ginny went out of her way to send emails and make overseas phone calls to make sure that we were absolutely satisfied with the accommodation and facilities.

I also love the fact that every time you walk into Pentravel, Ginny jumps up and gives you a big hug, making you feel like an old friend, rather than only a client. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone.
