Stephanie the GEM!
A HUGE BIG thank you to Stephanie Pottinger of La Lucia Pentravel. What an absolute GEM this lady is! She goes above and beyond,is super friendly and kind to old ladies who don't always get facts straight, and has helped me with bookings and cancellations all with a BIG smile through Covid times and again now! I can absolutely recommend her to anyone wishing to book travel arrangements. She is competent,helpful,kind,always with a smile in her voice. Thank you soooo much Stephanie!!!
