smoothest journey

I was a walk in customer when I went to Pentravel Rosebank. I had been querying with a couple of travel agent was a first time traveller so I had a million and one questions. Brigitta offered to assist me with any questions I had. Two and a half hours later I walked with goodness knows how many traveling options. I was so impressed and felt so accommodated by the amount of time Brigitta was willing to put into sitting me down ( without an appointment), sit over 2hrs with me and take me through so many travel options because 1. She was insightful and 2. In a very short space of time she understood the type of character I am and managed to provide me with all the possible options of travel packages that would suite me. And she was willing to assist right till the end and even whem I contacted her while I was on my trip, she was able to assist me immediately. She helped me choose the most amazing trip, I had the time of my life! I will recommend her to all my friends.
