Simone Conradie - Pentravel
I would like to thank Simone Conradie from Pentravel for her exceptional service with assisting on our Europe trip. She was ever so willing and readily available to assist with all of our questions and needs. She went out of her way to follow up on our visa applications and liased with the correct persons to ensure everything went smoothly. We encountered challenges whist being aboard - we sent out an email to Simone and she was on the phone with us in a matter of minutes. She made the whole experience such a delight. Thank you Simone, keep on shining! So glad to have found our lifelong travel agent.
