Service excellence for Elmarie Pretorius
I would like to thank Elmarie Pretorius from Pentravel Cresta for the excellent service she provided me in planning my upcoming holliday to Thailand during March 2023. Her travel knowledge and overall passion to accommodate our travel needs is simply brilliant. She is quick to deliver on results and was an overall joy to work with her. I feel comfortable to travel knowing that all my needs has been looked after. I would really recommend Elmarie's service to all my friends and family. Well done Elmarie!
