Service Delivery
<p>I must compliment the Cresta branch of Pentravel, and specifically El-Marie Pretorius for outstanding service each and EVERY time i need to book flights. I never use anyone else. She helps with flights for me and all my family, including those in the UK. She has booked trips for them all, care hire and visa information for us. I know these are part of the job description so to speak, but its always service with a smile and (even if electronic) and prompt (which is critical, yet rare here).</p>
