Sasha-Lee Pentravel bedford Centre

I wish to highly Recommend Sasha-Lee from Pentravel Bedford Centre. I have just returned from a dream holiday, which could not have been possible without her. The review would be too long if i had to name everything she did, but i will highlight what impressed me most. 1. She worked after hours, weekends to assist me with my bookings. 2. She supp**** us with leis (for a photo shoot) which she also arranged 3. She kept me calm during the go slow at SAA 4. Without even batting an eyelid, (and within 24 hours) manged to extend my booking at the hotel, with one of our family members leaving the date intended, and the rest of us leaving two days later. which meant she had to arrange transfers again, and our flights. The new bookings were all emailed to me with e tickets. Bearing in mind I was 4000 km away and she did this with one email from me.

This holiday started out in October 2024 as just a dream. However Sasha-Lee found my venue (with all the requirements I requested), managed to secure dates which suited us all, we were 7 adults. She handled all the paperwork, and all the additionals I wanted. I did not lift a finger.

The holiday went off so smooth, even with last minute changes and I cannot praise Sasha-Lee enough. She is so calm at all times, it really puts people at ease. She also thinks of the small stuff for you.

If you are ever thinking of doing the impossible, Sasha-Lee is your person. I don't even think she has the word impossible in her vocabulary. Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble.

Pentravel head office, take note of Sasha-Lee. I have never done a post on Hellopeter, however her outstanding service left me no option but to send this review. Joleen
