Really good service
Had a really good experience with Pentravel. In particular, my dealings with Joy Shongwe were excellent. She was polite, professional and put in a lot of extra effort (even working overtime) to get me the necessary information regarding a complicated trip I was planning. Really appreciated the extra work she put in!
