Professionalism
This is to acknowledge the wonderful service received from Kathryn Roderick who booked the MSC cruise for me and my cousin. Kathryn has been very helpful and patient giving information and answering questions timeously! We are travelling in April but are at ease with all the arrangements. I have also referred other friends to her for her professional attitude.
