Professional attitude
Lindsay Ransom assisted us online with a booking that had to be changed at the last minute due to Covid, then rescheduled. She was helpful, thorough and supportive in helping us to finalise arrangements. At all times she tried to find the most suitable solution to a frustrating situation.
