Professional and Amazing

<p>My husband and I recently took a trip to Europe. We chose to use Pentravel to assist. We had dealt with a few others that were wishy washy. They didn't get back to us.. sent us quotes we didn't get and basically were ineffectual. The best thing that happened to us for our first trip overseas was, Bronwen Mckinnell. She was professional and friendly from the very beginning.. efficient and a forward thinker. She was reassuring and made us feel at ease and confident in travelling for the first time. She preempted possibilities and planned for them. She worked within our budget, found fantastic deals and furthermore was amazing in fighting for us in dealing with issues upon our return.. In essence, I am so grateful that she was our agent. She really went the extra mile and beyond her call of duty.
