Poor service

We booked our family vacation, to the United Kingdom with Desirai at Pentravel and we did most of the work ourselves. We were notified that their supplier couldnt help when we needed a change in the accommodation and truly Pentravel doesnt really bother more. Desirai couldnt help, so I dealt with the hotels myself and had this sorted within a few hours. We really needed help with just the flights and we were disappointed as she did not give us choices regarding the internal flight from Manchester to Scotland and we ended up paying GBP 160, ( R 3200) for luggage. This lack of information just spolit our holiday mood and it was my husbands birthday on this day. My advice for those planning to use Pentravel, better use another travel agency or do it yourself. Pentravel uses external companies who also dont know about the area and its your money so use it wisely. We will definitely not use Pentravel again.
