PHENOMENAL Service! Thank you!
The patience & perseverance & kindness that Janine Zietsman showered me & my Pai with, says everything about her Service to her clients. Its extremely difficult dealing with a person whom is diagnosed with Dementia, as the illness keeps the patient in a frame of confusion & question at all times. Janine's professionalism & gentle nature, kept my Pai's persona neutral & my frustration at bay. Thank you Janine for making an extremely frustrating & difficult situation, easier to cope with. My Pai landed safely in Lisbon. From both Pai & myself, I can only recommend your PHENOMENAL Service to all I know. You are a true Gem! Very difficult to find great service in such tough times. Know your worth!
