Personal travel agent on call
I have been dealing with Roxanne Clark at the Pietermaritzburg branch for over 2 years now without ever meeting face to face. I am from Namibia and all the service get done over the phone and email and I am surprised every time with the efficiency and thought going into every booking. We traveled during covid and Roxanne had all the answers where other travelers were stranded at the airport with incorrect information. She also contacts me with great deals even if I don't book every time. Feels like a personal travel agent on call. Thank you for the great service. Keep it up.
