Will never book my own international flights again. Will always use Renata Matthysen from Pentravel in Canal Walk. I am guaranteed that I will always get the most cost effective flight with the least stop overs. I was pleasantly suprised when I received a courtesy call the day before the flight, to check if everything was in order and then received an sms the following day to inform me that my flight was on time. Totally blown away with the dedicated service that she gives all her clients. Well done Renata, you are awesome at what you do. Wish that other people in the service industry were more like you.
