Pentravel's El-Marie Pretorius helped plan the trip of a lifetime to London & Scotland

I recently returned from the best holiday ever, thanks to El-Marie Pretorius, from Pentravel's Cresta branch. From the moment I contacted her about my plans, until the moment we arrived back in SA - She has been on point, on time and very diligent with her planning and suggestions.

When approached, all I knew was that I wanted to visit London and Scotland. Thanks to El-Marie being in-tune and in-touch with what I needed (even if I didn't know it at the time), I was able to enjoy sightseeing in London (do all the touristy stuff I'd wanted to) AND visit the Warner Bros. Studios in London, where the Harry Potter films were filmed. This wasn't the only highlight though, as my tour through Scotland had me visit Glasgow, iconic sights in the Scottish Highlands (Glenfinnan, the Viaduct and even Loch Ness) and saw us end it off with two nights in Edinburgh.

In all honesty, I wasn't even home yet before we started planning my next one! Thanks to El-Marie's patience and assistance, I knew I wasn't alone in the big "scary" world of travel - Made all the better by her regular check-ins to ensure that everything was happening as it should, even though we were thousands of kilometres apart.
