PENTRAVEL SOMERSET WEST MALL - AMAZING!!!
Pentravel Somerset West Mall (Mr Lukhanyo Mbude – Sales Agent)
This was our first booking with Pentravel and the sales agent that assisted us, was a great person to deal with and always very pleasant. He gave us options and enough info, and he arranged our 8 day beach holiday within 2 weeks and we left a week later – very short notice. Everything was well planned, and his feedback/follow ups were immediate. Our son is autistic and they even pre arrange for us to meet the main chef to discuss food preferences for our son when we arrived. Any info we needed he supp****. We highly recommend this Pentravel branch and our sales agent. We will be booking through them again!!
