Pentravel Rosebank - *****
I recently booked a trip with Pentravel Rosebank.
I was sent 2 quotes and agreed on the more expensive quote with added luxuries. I was then sent a booking form containing the more expensive price but without the additions previously agreed too. This is *****!

We have been in contact with Mr Pahad (as per his request).
The room booked and paid for is a deluxe room, which is unfortunately not part of the adult wing which is what Mr Pahad was wanting.
We are looking into the matter to see how we can assist, and will liaise with Mr Pahad accordingly on the way forward.
