Pentravel Pavillion
I recently booked flights with Shanice Thomas at Pentravel Pavillion. Wow! What an amazing, professional lady. Our initial flights were cancelled and Shanice went above and beyond to rebook flights. Due to COVID there are many cancellations and hurdles but Shanice was persistent and she kept me informed every step of the way. With so many people battling to get help from various airlines, I’m glad that I had Shanice as it took the stress of me and every query was handled swiftly. Pentravel you have a gem!
