Pentravel outstanding service

We have the absolute privilege of dealing with Carmen Du Randt of Pentravel. From the time we requested a quote, she showed nothing but professionalism and kindness. She kept us informed if there was a change, no matter how small. She really went above and beyond when getting us off to enjoy an awesome holiday in Thailand. This was all whilst the flood happened in Dubai. She got us to our destination, picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel and then the same with our return as well. She was brilliant.
