I’ve used Pentravel for years, from international holidays to local getaways and cruises, and I am always impressed. As a seasoned traveler I know to compare value and prices but Deidre’s rates are usually better than what I can secure myself. I’ve even compared them to the travel schemes people are paying membership for, I’m better off. Deidre’s recommendations are always appropriate and I trust her arrangements completely. When I ask about things she’s not booking for me, she’s more than happy to provide any information she can, no strings attached. There’s never any pressure, Deidre’s polite, cheerful, attentive and reassuring. I’ve recommended her to friends and I always pity anyone who refuses to use a travel agent for fear the costs are higher. You’re losing more than you’re ‘saving’.
