Incredible! I recently took a trip to the Seychelles, this was my first time to this destination, along with me going through a travel agent. I decided to try this route out of frustration and walked into the Pentravel La Lucia Mall branch and sat down with Louise Potter.

With me, I had all the dates and quotes for the cheapest flights I could find in my many hours searching the web. To my astonishment, and I might add, within minutes, Louise had secured my flights with the dates I required, I am blown away that she was able to source even cheaper flights for - I never knew this was possible through a travel agent.

Louise was simply incredible to deal with, she oozed professionalism, charm, and efficiency, and she actually had me excited about my trip. I will never deal with anyone else again and I certainly won’t waste my time searching the web again.

To Pentravel - you have a real asset to your business. Don't let this one get away!
