Pentravel: La Lucia - Louise Potter - Expert Travel Advisor

There is nothing more frustrating than making travel arrangements with people who do not travel; at least that used to be my experience prior to moving over to Pentravel: La Lucia, where all of the travel consultants are not just friendly and professional, but well-travelled also! I’ve always dealt with Branch Manager: Louise Potter & she is just the right amount of precision & responsiveness to my usual pedantic nature. Traveling on the South African Rand is not cheap; and so when one engages with a travel agency, you expect attention to detail, quality, timeliness & value for money. I get all of this & a smile from Louise, along with useful information from her personal travel experiences. If that isn’t world class travel expertise, then I don’t know what is.
