Pentravel DO NOT KEEP PROMISES

Pentravel was responsible for my Airport to Hotel transfer and from the Hotel to Airport transfer. I was supposed to be picked up from Casablanca (Mohammed V Airport) to my hotel on the 4th Jan 2025. No one contacted me in this regard. The reason being Pentravel had entered my cellnumber incorrectly on their system in this instance. I managed to inform Pentravel through my daughter in SA who managed to get them through Instagram. Pentravel contacted me via email, apologised and promised that the trip from hotel to airport will be sorted out. Lo and behold, on the 5th Jan 2025 it happened again, I was supposed to be picked up from the hotel to the airport and was once again inconvenienced to catch a taxi at the last minute and once again had to pay 300 dhirams. To date, with all the back and forth emails to Pentravel, I have still not received my taxi refunds and no word from them.
