<p>My husband, Bill Francis and I have used Pentravel, Cresta, on several occasions but the last time was most unpleasant and we decided not to return to them but eventually did. We found the most wonderful, patient and kind young lady by the name of Yvonne Strydom. We were booking for Australia with my paralyzed son, Andrew. Yvonne went far beyond her job description to make sure we had all the necessary documentation for our Visas. She spent hours assisting me as I am a computer illiterate geriatric who gets into a state just looking at the computer. Absolutely nothing was too much for her so sorry Yvonne we will be back to you soon for our next trip.</p>
