I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the team at Pentravel Clearwater for their exceptional service and patience during a recent booking I made on British Airways from OR Tambo, South Africa, to London Heathrow.

The agent I initially worked with, Nisha, showed incredible warmth and professionalism while assisting me. I was not the easiest client to work with, but Nisha went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and with great care.

To add to the challenges, I mistakenly mixed up passport numbers for the travelers. Despite my errors, the team stepped in without hesitation. Lopang took over the case in Nisha’s absence and ensured that all the issues were resolved seamlessly.

What impressed me most was the team's grace under pressure and their determination to deliver excellent service. They never made me feel like a burden, even though I know I made their job more difficult. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction have left a lasting impression on me.
