Pentravel Cape Gate (CPT)
I phone Pentravel Cape Gate (CPT) and worked with Nicole. Even over the phone I could hear that Nicole knew what she was doing and helped me with a quote and the sales agreement all digitally without me even meeting her! The fact that I am in the tech field and I could do everything online without ANY hassles, was a great benefit to me.
I had a few questions which we discussed over email and Nicole answered and assisted me with every single one of them within minutes.
PS - I did go to pay my ticket as I didn't want to wait for EFT to reflect and met Nicole, can confirm she's very helpful and friendly!
