Pentravel Cape Gate- A class service

On the 3/1/2018 I made a repeat enquiry on a short travel to Italy Rome for my wife who at this point was just plain begging to go over as she wanted to experience Florence and follow in her late grandmother footsteps in traveling the world.

After a short conversation on the phone a very helpful assistant Nicole Stoltz guided me through her possible plans forward and in no time I received an email with various options and plans. I then popped in and paid Nicole a Personal visit and gave her so much work to do and asked so many questions all while she wrote down my requests and cleared a path of any possible routes on this Italian journey. I was not even 3 hours later and many debates with my wife when I had the pleasure of calling her back to tell her to stop researching my wife was now settled not on Italy but now Paris France, to my surprise friendly voice greeted me and in no time I had various options emailed to me and I was able to start and effect the process of booking my holiday.

So after the above story my point might not be clear so here goes……

I have never had such great and exceptional service from a travel agent, I always avoided them (Like the Plague) as I didn’t like their sales tactics, today I can firmly say that is no true. Each and every one of your staff at Pentravel Cape Gate are friendly and if Nicole is a precursor to the service I have received at Pentravel Capegate then my word I am Dumbstruck.
