I had the pleasure of dealing with Loraine Van Der Westhuysen at the Tygervalley branch. We did not meet once face to face, all communication took place via e-mail and yet I felt that I could trust her with my travel plans as a result of her professionalism and diligence with which she handled my enquiry and eventually trip booking. Our travel plans were not cast in stone and so I, of course, had many questions and queries to establish the best course of action. Loraine assisted me without any hassle and never once made me feel like I was asking too much or being too indecisive. She put my mind at ease on many occasions and was able to guide me in the best direction. She was patient and diligent. She secured the best flights for 4 travelers from Cape Town to Instanbul, after providing me with a few different options to choose from. The process was seamless.
