Pentraeth not up to date and Flight Centre spot on.
Today I had such a disappointed experience with Pentravel at East Rand mall.Twice they read that my visa expire 26 July but it clearly read last day to travel to Nz is 26 July.They didn't want to book me a ticket.I went to immigration at airport they say my visa is valid. Pentravel still don't believe me. I went to Flight Centre Farrarmere and with no problem my tickets were issued. They said the visa is very clear that I can fly to NZ UNIL 26th July and stay 3 months after entry. How may people did Pentravel send away unnecessary and lost out on a visit with their family. Please always always ask second opinion or a third. This incompetence almost cost me special time with my daughter that I have already was ****** of this last 2 years. HOW CAN PEOPLE BE SO HARTLESS. If not sure of something pick up a phone or GOOGLE you are getting paid to do a job! It took me 6 hours to buy a ticket because of this 🙃
