Outstanding service!!!

My partner and I booked an international trip before the Covid 19 crisis hit Africa. This was our first time booking a trip through a travel agency so we are new to the process and had no idea what to expect. Fortunately, we ended up in the Pentravel offices in Cresta Mall and started engaging with Anesta Van Biljon. Being newbies to this, we really didn’t know what we wanted and needed extra guidance. Anesta was extremely helpful, patient and professional. Her efforts, knowledge and expertise got us exactly what we were looking for.

Even after the Covid 19 pandemic hit South Africa and complicated things. Anesta was always available, went over and beyond the call of duty and helped us navigate all the challenges.
