I just wanted to reach out and contact you to let you know what an ABSOLUTE super star you have on your Pnetravel team. Nabeelah from the first touch point of contact to the endless back and forth I made her do :), Nabeelah Hendricks has been nothing but professional and patient with me as I kept playing with dates as I couldn't completely decide or confirm BUT I finally gave her my dates. Nabeelah kept to her word every time she said she would send me information or call me and honestly I feel went above and beyond (because of her serious amount of patience with me and I really appreciated that, it meant alot to me) I had been dealing with another agent to make it fair as I had contacted them first and I gave them a 3 star and they wanted to know - which was really easy to explain and told them even though they came in slightly less, I'd rather be dealing with the 5 star treatment I had received so far from another agent.
