Outstanding!
After approaching numerous travel agencies before I gave Pentravel a try and was assisted by Jamie from the City Bowl branch. The service I received was unsurpassed by any prior experiences. Jamie went out of her way to uphold and extend the standard during each step and was absolutely exceptional. I am happy to say that we received very good value for money and the absolute best service one can ask for. I will recommend making use of Pentravel to anyone and will certainly do business with them again in the future (conditional to Jamie again assisting us!)
