Thank you very much for advising us of your concerns as stated above. I have looked into your query and I have found some more information on the quote you requested. According to our system a quote was sent to you on the 5th of February and the consultant who you dealt with has confirmed to me that she heard from you on the 6th asking for more information which she provided you. I am not sure what other direct enquiry you may have perhaps sent as this is the only one I am able to find on file.
Please could you let me know if this is indeed the enquiry you are querying about as I would like to make sure it was dealt with correctly.
