No long layovers at airports

<p>Would like to commend Louise Potter of Pentravel La Lucia Mall for fantastic service.Am travelling with a group overseas on a cruise.Was feeling pressured to use their travel agent but remembered how well Louise organised my flights to Australia and New Zealand last year.Eight flights in all and no problems with any of them.I called on Louise and at first glance the airfares seemed slightly more than the other people in our group.However they have realised they have such a long layover that they need a hotel voucher which pushes their airfare up and is also very inconvenient.Well Done Louise.</p>
