Nisha Mohamed - Customer Service at its BEST
Walked into Pentravel Clearwater on the spur of the moment on 08 June 2024, to enquire about a holiday to ****et. We were assisted by Nisha Mohamed, the service, professionalism, knowledge and efficiency was beyond outstanding. Nisha was on top of her game, from flights to transfers to hotel bookings. Her customer service was flawless. Thank you, Nisha Mohamed, what an asset you are to the tourism industry and to Pentravel. Our trip was stress free from start to finish, and for that, I thank you.
