Michelle Swanepoel
Very few times do people say thank you after exceptional service received. It’s much easier complaining to the manager of a person if something goes wrong. I just feel on this occasion I need to tell you that Michelle Swanepoel has done a fantastic job. Michelle helped in all regards for planning our trip to USA. She listened and attended to my points , concerns, and issues. Every time she stepped up and got me sorted. She even went so far ( not in her work time) to do my on-line check in as I requested, as I requested our party of 7 to sit together.
