Messed around by Pentravel Mall of Africa

Good day I booked a holiday through Pentravel in the Mall of Africa. The agent i dealt with was Kamogelo Molope. She gave the wrong date for my pick-up at the ****et airport, I was stranded and had to pay for my transport to the hotel. I have provided my rate of exchange for the thai bhat and proof of payment but i am told that i will be refunded as per itinerary charges. That is more than R200 Less! I will not accept this, this girl messed up and it's costing me money for the mess up! Please do the right thing and act with integrity, and refund me the money I paid at the rate i paid.
