Very happy with Melissa at Pentravel Eastrand mall, she’s professional, understands her role and even went an extra mile to get our USA visa confirmed ON TIME. Thanks Melissa for handling our travel arrangements so well. You’re very proactive and it was an absolute pleasure irking with you on our travel arrangements.
