Louise Wepener is such a delight to have as a travel agent and we have actually become friends. Even though our holiday was cancelled due to Covid, Louise made sure to keep us informed all the way. Our refunds were done efficiently. Louise friendly demeanor makes it easy to get along with her. Louise is truly a great asset to La lucia Pentravel. Keep on shining Louise
