Louise Potter, Pentravel, La Lucia Mall

We booked our trip towards the end of last year just as travel became even more complicated and even more uncertain. Without blinking an eye, putting her own daily work stresses that she was dealing with, over and above ours, aside, Louise Potter, Pentravel La Lucia Mall, was quick to calm, reassure and encourage us about our travel plans that lay ahead. Nothing has ever been too much for her to handle or to sort out … always with a friendly tone and a smile on her face. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Louise. I do have to admit that this is the third time that we are making use of Louise’s services and it will most certainly not be the last.
