Keroshni is the best!
I usually do my own bookings, but this time I wanted some help and assurances that only someone in the industry could give. Rang a few other agents in the area but got half answers. However Keroshni at Pentravel Pavilion understood my needs totally. If there was something she didn't know, she got back to me with the official answer which gave me peace of mind. Always helpful and friendly. I will be using her again and would definitely recommend her services. 10 out of 10!
