Kayla Deyzel from Pentravel in PE is one of the best travel agents in the business. Never have we had such an effortless experience from start to finish of our family booking to Thailand. I can highly recommened her. Thank you Kayla for you calm nature and your absolute precision in organising what was the best family holiday ever. You covered all basis and we felt so supported from the beginning of the booking, right throughout the trip and even after to welcome us home. You are excpetional!
