Kathy Telford of Pentravel Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) had my back when I needed help

I recently travelled to the Netherlands for a cycle touring holiday using the generous Qatar Airways checked in baggage allowance of 2 X 23 kg to the full. One of my pieces was my bike in a bike box. Just before I was due to return I was informed that my flight from Johannesburg to Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) had been suspended because Qatar partners with Comair/British Airways for this leg. I immediately emailed my travel agent Kathy Telford at Pentravel and she seamlessly rebooked me on another airline so that there was nothing extra for me to pay and I kept my generous baggage allowance. Indeed, when I checked in at Schipol shortly afterwards I was given boarding passes all the way to my final destination. I shudder to think what it might have cost me had I tried to do this myself; purchasing a new ticket and possibly being tens of kilograms overweight. That is why I use a travel agent.
