Kareena at Pentravel La Lucia
Kareena at Pentravel La Lucia has been absolutely amazing. Efficient and very accommodating from the beginning of us first obtaining a quote to finalising our vacation. Even when we had to cancel days before our scheduled trip due the Qatar airspace closure ,she has handled the entire process professionally and with empathy. She has always provided feedback with sterling service. Will definitely be booking our next vacation soon with Kareena as well, and will definitely refer her to friends and family.
