Joy Shingwe - Amazing Employee
Joy Shongwe helped myself and a friend when we came in asking about travel insurance. She was exceptionally friendly, explained everything that we needed to know clearly, and made sure that the process went smoothly and painlessly. We were both a little stressed, having not done this before, and she made it a pleasant experience for us. I only wished we could have told the higher ups in person what a great job she is doing, because she deserves it. Thanks so much Joy!
